jakparty.soy collects and stores user information for posting and by administrative users on the site. Once a post is removed from the site, it is removed from our server.

jakparty.soy will not make private information such as IP addresses available to any other party except in cases of legitimate court orders, subpoenaes or when reporting Child Pornography to NCMEC.

jakparty.soy currently uses jschan's "Don't store raw IPs" feature.

jakparty.soy's webserver software runs on NGinx and as of April 18th 2023, has disabled website logs (meaning our web server does not store ip addresses or user agents of any connecting users).

jakparty.soy takes encrypted backups of the site and stores them using cloud services in Finland.

jakparty.soy's main servers are hosted in the Netherlands.

Any and all emails sent to jakparty.soy's email servers should not be assumed to be confidential
