Only those originating from the cultures from regions traditionally associated with Western Europe, that is the Celts, Anglos, French, The various Alpine peoples, and some Germanoids, care for maintaining liberty, mercy, and peace among the people.
These groups are groups who historically have had a strong respect for individual and community autonomy, a property rights, and peace worldwide. They're mainly trade and merchanting peoples, those who wish to get goods from one place to another, and are very tolerant of the differences between people. This ethos is what brought us the modern bounty that keeps Euro-America a dominant force in the world, and thus is worth preserving so that our children may inherit such plenty. If we are to slip back into war-lording barbarism, we're to let our children inherit a world of starvation and evil.
To care for "Western European Culture" is to care for the libertarian ethos that was born out of these primarily Protestant regions, and then perfected in the great experiment of the United States of America, before being lost to the unitary welfare state in the 1930s.
The American and British empires both ended slavery, gave rights to women and minorities, and decolonized of their own will: they were the two most merciful empires in history, and anyone of these creeds should feel great honor to share kinship with those who had fought against humanity's natural desire to oppress and succeeded. No one of these empires should feel shame
