If /sharty/ is filled with rule violating content, then report it. I've already done my part by banning avatarfags when I see them, banning doxtards crossing the line into illegality, removing children from the site when they out themselves, and setting up new posting features to cull the coal.
99% of the worst posts on that board are already banned under the global rules. The few ones that aren't (like the "durR DOX 4 ME PLOX" shartychildren) probably need a rule addition to handle them. Write that rule addition so users may discuss it.
As for /soy/, this site is what you make it and if you have so little self-control that you need moderator intervention to make you feel better because you can't contribute quality posts and bump threads you like, that's not my problem. So long as the posts don't violate the rules and aren't overwhelming and spammy (i.e, excessive neutralplier spam or other such dust), i'm going to keep tolerating them.
