The only ever adventure thread here ended prematurely 2 months ago, the jarty never dabbles in group projects of any kind, OC in general (with one exception that I’ll get in to) is incredibly rare here, soyduels rarely make it past 10 replies, hell, even ‘jak him threads are nowhere to be found here. People just skip to immediately uploading and forcing the unnecessary soulless variant.
Now I say virtually and not absolutely no community because this site has one thread of community, and that one single thread is obsession with and hatred of the Sharty. That’s it. Almost all jarty oc is either a crying/dead/homosexual natejak or sharty admin. The only time jarty users ever collaborate is to get the sharty shut down, not realizing that it would snap their one last thread of community and have disastrous consequences for the site. Eventually, with that last thread of community gone, everything will become hollow, and the remaining jarty userbase will either slowly drift off or rapidly leave once soypocalypse 2 happens and the targets of their obsession come here.

The problem with kiwifarms.jarty is that it was made in reaction to drama. There is no identity that seperates the jarty from the sharty outside of worshipping oldfags and oldadmin/s. Sure, we can both agree that soytan tranime edits and furrymod worship are the main differences, or that there are more soyjaks on the catalog of jarty /soy/ than sharty /soy/, but that is where it ends. The sharty grabs the attention of disaffected 4cucks and the jarty does the same with soyteens instead. Both are drawing from the same small well of posters, but jarteens are under the idea that because they worship the site from 2 years ago, that they are a different strain of redditor or corder or 4cuck. A site thrives on new and interesting stuff happening on it to keep people's attention, but as soon as a ban wave is over or the sharty comes back onlines, posts on the jarty drop by at least half. Why does that happen if the site is supposed to be more interesting and a better quality site? You cant blame it on nusoys not liking jakkin, as there are areas of the jarty that grow and get used at the same rate as /soy/ where nas and drama get posted. Why is there genuine dislike from some jarteens against the few people in our community trying to make gemmy projects that benefit us all for free (Ronald with CSAM filter, Doll with /jak/ and the game servers, etc.)? If things were as simple to fix on the party/jarty as "Ban discorders" then it would of been done on both sites. As soon as the Soypocalpse happened, the jarty went down too, and then lute made a ton of promises on how he would rework the site into the home of jakking, but is that really what anyone wants? The sharty is where all the nusoyteens post; do you really want them to come here? And thats to say that if the party went down for good that everyone would come here to begin with. A sharty splinter by Doll would probably be more popular than the jarty would be because of exactly the factors mentioned earlier. A focus on creating jaks, positivity, and limiting doxniggers and raidcorders would probably be the rebirth the site needs, and despite attempts by some of the jannys here, the jarty just doesnt appeal to people that like jakking.

We had a period with excessive deliver presents toxing and that being every couple weeks instead of every day is a better balance because it feels like an event.
If someone considers this state of the site to be "dead," I'll tell you there's no shame in leaving or taking a break. I stopped using south pole for years when the magic wore off and new people kept joining the site after I left; today those people are nostalgic for that time I didn't even enjoy the site anymore as their best years using it. In a year people will wish they had this Santa's workshop anyway, and a year after that people will wish they had 2024 Santa's workshop. It's just how it goes.
